The platform is informational and educational in nature. It is not a substitute for professional advice.
AI Recruiting Assistant — Disclaimer
The AI Recruiting Assistant provides guidance based on publicly available data, historical benchmarks, and the user's self-reported profile information. It does not guarantee any recruiting outcome including but not limited to: recruitment offers, scholarship awards, roster placement, coach interest, admission decisions, or athletic eligibility. All recommendations are advisory in nature. Recruiting decisions are made solely by college programs and their coaching staffs. The Academy has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, recruiting outcomes. Users should verify all information independently and consult with appropriate professionals (coaches, counselors, athletic advisors) before making recruiting decisions.
No Financial Advice
The Academy does not provide financial advice. Any financial information displayed on the platform — including tuition costs, financial aid averages, scholarship ranges, and cost estimates — is sourced from publicly available data on official school websites (.edu) and government sources (IPEDS, FAFSA). This information is provided for research purposes only and may not reflect current or accurate figures for any individual student. The Academy does not recommend, endorse, or advise on any financial decisions including but not limited to: accepting scholarship offers, choosing schools based on cost, taking student loans, or evaluating financial aid packages. For financial decisions related to college attendance, users should consult with their family, the school's financial aid office, and qualified financial advisors.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
The Academy makes no guarantees regarding: • Recruitment by any college program • Receipt of athletic or academic scholarships • Admission to any college or university • Playing time, roster placement, or athletic development outcomes • Accuracy of AI-generated recommendations • Response from coaches or programs contacted through the platform • Accuracy of school data, benchmarks, or program information All platform features — including fit scoring, school matching, profile analysis, and AI guidance — are tools to support the user's own research and decision-making process.

School data, athletic benchmarks, coaching staff information, and program details are compiled from publicly available sources and may not be current. The Academy makes reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy but does not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Coach Contact Information
Any coach contact information provided on the platform is sourced from publicly available institutional websites. The Academy does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of this information. Providing contact information does not imply any relationship between The Academy and the coach or institution, nor does it guarantee that outreach will be received or responded to.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for: • The accuracy of their self-reported profile information • Their own recruiting decisions and communications with coaches • Verifying information provided by the platform • Complying with NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, and institutional recruiting rules • Consulting appropriate professionals for financial, legal, or academic advice
Limitation of Liability
The Academy, its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or negative outcomes resulting from the use of the platform, its tools, AI features, or any information provided therein. This includes but is not limited to missed recruiting opportunities, financial losses, or decisions made based on platform content.
Subscription & Payment
The Academy offers one-time payment plans with lifetime access. All prices listed on the platform are in US dollars. The Academy reserves the right to modify pricing, features, and plan structures at any time. Existing plan holders retain access to features included in their purchased plan at the time of purchase.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. The Academy does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on any membership plan, including Standard, Advanced, and Pro. Every new account receives a free 7-day trial with access to preview the platform before purchasing. The trial is designed to give you full visibility into the tools and features available at each tier so you can make an informed decision before committing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the features included in your selected plan and agree that no refund will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the platform, failure to use the platform, change of mind, or recruiting outcomes.
